Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
¾ cup coconut sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup Omega3NutraCleanse®
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup apple sauce
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cups diced apples
Chopped nuts for topping

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare muffin tins.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
  3. Slowly incorporate wet ingredients into dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Stir in chopped apples.
  5. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins, and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool.
