Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
1 cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup Omega 3 Nutracleanse
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
Splash of almond milk
- Spoon pumpkin puree into an ice cube tray, then freeze overnight.
- When ready to use, pop pumpkin cubes out of tray, combine all ingredients into a high-powered blender, and blend well. (Mixture should be stiff and creamy like ice cream–if you need a little more almond milk to make this work, do it.)
- Scoop into bowl and enjoy immediately!
