Fibre-Full Pulp Crackers
We love this ingenious use for juice pulp — delicious and great way to use juice pulp that would otherwise be thrown away! This recipe comes from Lorena Santacruz.
Try this recipe out with the pulp from your favourite juicing combo, or try one of the combos below:
- Celery, Carrots and Beets
- Cucumber, Celery and Ginger
Mix Omega 3 Nutracleanse into pulp 1/4 cup at a time until thickened.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer pulp mixture to the tray.
Flatten to around ¼” and bake for 40 mins at 300F.
Sprinkle with Himalayan Salt and cut into squares.
These are great topped with hummus or avocado!
