Ingredients:

2/3 C Shredded Coconut
1 C Rolled Oats
½ C Peanut Butter
¼ C Nutracleanse
¼ C Sunflower Seeds
¼ C Honey
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp water if needed

Method:

  1. Toast coconut in a skillet on medium to high heat until toasted very light brown. Add all ingredients except the water into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
  2. After mixture is chilled, you can add the water, if needed to form the dough into balls. Balls should be sticky and not crumble apart.
  3. Roll into bite size pieces and enjoy! Store in an air tight container in refrigerator.
