Keto Gluten Free Turmeric Coconut Granola
Organic Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 cups mixed nuts: almonds, walnuts, pecans, and brazil nuts.
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 teaspoons turmeric, ground
- 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon pink sea salt
- ½ cup Omega3NutraCleanse®.
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl toss the coconut flakes, nuts and seeds.
- Add melted coconut oil to the bowl along with the spices, salt and pepper, Omega3NutraCleanse® and toss to coat.
- Spread out onto the lined baking tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes until toasted and golden.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly.
- Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
